The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Singapore. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Fulfillment Policy
At Kickstart Marketing, we ensure that the services we provide are satisfactory. Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority as we take all complaints about the services we supply very seriously. This Fulfillment Policy (the “Policy”) informs you about our delivery policy and the rules and guidelines relating to the refunds and cancellations for services purchased from us. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and also understand the requirements for the refund.
Delivery Policy
At Kickstart Marketing, we sell virtual products and service. We deliver our products to users via Email.
Refunds
We may offer refunds in the following conditions:
• If the service has not been accessed or used.
• If you have notified us via email that you wish to cancel prior to payment being taken.
• A full refund will be made if the department is in error.
Exceptions
Notwithstanding other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse to grant refunds if:
• You received what you ordered, but simply changed your mind about the service.
• You did not like your purchase or realized you had no use of it.
• You failed to cancel your subscription and notifed us after payment was taken.
Return Policy
At Kickstart Marketing, we sell virtual products and services. No returns can be made but in some circumstances we offer refunds. Our refund policy has been explained above.
Cancellation Policy
The following are to note:
• If the service you paid for has not been accessed at any time, a full refund will be made.
• If the service has been used/accessed you are not eligable for a refund.
• If you have unsubscribed from a newsletter delivered by email, either on purpose or by accident no refund will be given.
Administrative Fee
The following are to note:
• All refunds are subjected to £20 administrative fee charges.
How to make a complaint
If you are dissatisfied with the service provided to you and you are eligible for a refund under this Policy, you must contact us via https://kickstartmarketing.net/contact or send an email to support@kickstartmarketing.net stating your complaints and we will immediately verify your complaints. Refunds are issued at our discretion as they may be accepted or rejected.
